Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out categories of content and conduct that are prohibited on Spaidz. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and DMCA Copyright Policy. By using Spaidz, you agree to this AUP.

If you see violating content, use Report on the title in the app or open “Report abuse & safety” in Profile for options, or email abusereport@spaidz.com. Copyright claims follow our DMCA process (DMCA@Spaidz.com). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and sexual exploitation of minors are strictly prohibited (see Section 6).

2. Adult content and sexual services

Spaidz does not allow content or services that are adult or sexually explicit in nature, including:

Nudity or explicit sexual acts presented for gratification (including subscriber-only sexual content)
Sexually explicit live chat, audio, or video offered through or linked from the platform
Escort, prostitution, or other sexual services

Documentary, educational, or artistic works may be reviewed in context; Spaidz may remove or refuse monetization where determination is unclear or risk is high.

3. Intellectual property and proprietary rights

Users must not upload, stream, or monetize content that misappropriates others’ intellectual property or proprietary rights, including trade secrets, trademarks, publicity rights, or confidential materials, except with valid permission.

4. Copyright-infringing content

Do not upload or distribute copyright-infringing content (e.g. unlicensed films, series episodes, music, or other works). Creatives represent they own or license all rights as described in the Terms & Verification flow.

Report copyright infringement only through the DMCA process so we can respond consistently and lawfully.

5. Violent extremism and hate

Spaidz prohibits content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence, terrorism, or hate speech directed at individuals or groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or other protected or immutable characteristics.

Glorification of extremist violence, recruitment, or instructions to carry out attacks are not allowed.

6. Child safety, CSAM, and sexual exploitation of minors

Spaidz has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM), the sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors, or any content that depicts, solicits, promotes, or facilitates harm to children.

Prohibited material and conduct include, without limitation: CSAM; sexualization of minors; grooming or predatory behavior toward minors; sharing or requesting private imagery of minors for sexual purposes; and links or instructions intended to obtain CSAM or exploit children.

We use a combination of automated scanning of uploaded imagery (where technically applicable), user reporting, and manual review. Suspected CSAM is preserved only as required for safety and legal compliance, removed from the service, and may be reported to law enforcement and/or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required or advisable under applicable law.

False reports made in bad faith may result in account action.

7. Enforcement

We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, withhold or reverse payouts where permitted, and terminate accounts that violate this AUP or applicable law. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Repeat violators may lose access permanently. Some decisions may be informed by trusted flagging, rights-holder notices (including DMCA), automated signals, and manual review.
